Merchants have the ability to create manual orders on behalf of the customer, you can find the option in the dashboard of your app on the left-hand side when clicking on 'Order Products'.
You can place these orders on behalf of the merchants if an order has not automatically been created through your integration. Similar to standard orders, we’ll proceed with the traditional process once the payment has been received. All the merchant has to do is send their customer an invoice and await their payment.
It’s important to remember that all orders need a proper shipping address. If the shipping address is incomplete or missing, the orders will not be created. In order to proceed with production, the proper shipping address will need to be submitted.
If you believe the shipping address is correct and the order hasn’t shipped within 48 hours, then please contact support@spreadconnect.app (SPOD US users) or service-eu@spreadconnect.app (Spreadconnect EU users) (unless the product is indicated with a longer turnaround time).
