There can be multiple reasons why products are not synching to a WooCommerce store, we have described the most common cases below:
1. Large number of products
WordPress might automatically stop syncing your products if you a creating a large number of them. This is due to the Maximum Execution Time limit set up by WordPress.
To allow every product to sync correctly, you can either:
- Publish smaller amounts of variants. Ex: One product per color.
or
- Increase the Maximum Execution Time limit in WordPress. There is a multitude of ways how to change it available online.
2. Different attributes
The attributes set in the Integrations settings page on app.spod.com need to be identical to the attributes set on the WooCommerce site (products > attributes) for product synchronisation with more than one variant (products with more colors and sizes).
