We introduced a new printing technique for our black mugs back in January 2021. This new technique allows a better print quality for all colors, which was a problem before.

Here are a few requirements we highly recommend to assure consistent and high-quality results:

• Lines and details should be a minimum of 0.5mm thick (0.019685 inches).
• All parts of your design are at 100% opacity. Half transparencies tend to not have the exact same look that you can see on a monitor.

If those requirements are not followed, we cannot guarantee that all details will either be visible or will be printed correctly.
