What has changed?
Since July 2025, Etsy has introduced third-party integrations such as Sendcliud, Billbee and Packlink to handle the shipping component of orders. Due to this change, we are no longer able to access the full shipping information for some Etsy orders. Without complete shipping data, these orders cannot be passed on to our system for fulfillment.
Note: Our development team is actively investigating ways to improve compatibility with Etsy’s updated shipping processes. As soon as a solution is available, we will share updates through our channels.
Who is affected?
This change only applies to newly registered Spreadconnect merchants in Europe.
If you connected your Etsy store with Spreadconnect and received at least one order through it before July 17th, 2025, you can continue using Etsy as a point of sale without interruption.
Why can’t I select Etsy as a POS?
If you're a new merchant registered in Europe and did not have an active Etsy connection with sales before July 17, 2025, you will no longer see Etsy as a selectable point of sale option in the app. This restriction is due to the limitations in accessing complete shipping data from Etsy under their new fulfillment structure.
