When you install the Spreadconnect app from the Shopify App Store, the app is added to your Shopify dashboard — but this does not automatically create a Spreadconnect admin account.
Creating a full Spreadconnect admin account allows our Customer Service and technical teams to support you more efficiently. It helps us identify issues faster and gives you access to additional Spreadconnect features outside of Shopify. It also enables you to manage your products across other sales channels if you decide to expand later.
How to complete your Spreadconnect admin account
- Open Spreadconnect in your Shopify dashboard.
Go to Apps → Spreadconnect. - Navigate to Settings.
- Find the Account Information section.
You will see a button labeled “Go Straight to Spreadconnect”. - Click the button and create your login.
You will be asked to enter an email address and password to complete your Spreadconnect admin account.
Please note:
You must enter a unique email address that is not connected to more than one Shopify store.
If the “Go Straight to Spreadconnect” button does not appear, it means you are not currently eligible to access the Spreadconnect admin dashboard — for example, if you have multiple Shopify stores registered with the same email address.
