Go to the Seller Center in TikTok Shop

Click Orders on the left-hand side menu

Navigate to Fulfillment settings

Under Shipping and delivery, choose the shipping option at the top of the page

Make sure to select Seller shipping
By selecting Seller shipping, you’ll need to set up a warehouse for pickups and returns. For guidance, see the article: ‘How do I set up a warehouse pickup for TikTok Shop’
What happens if the wrong shipping option is selected?
If you mistakenly select TikTok shipping instead of Seller shipping, Spreadconnect will NOT be able to fulfill your orders. This is because we won’t have access to the necessary customer information to process and send the orders. When this error occurs, orders in your Spreadconnect account will be displayed as canceled automatically.

Navigate to Fulfillment settings

Under Shipping and delivery, scroll to the bottom of the page to create and edit shipping templates
