What has changed?
Since October 2024, Etsy has introduced third-party integrations such as Shippo and ShipStation to handle the shipping component of orders in North America. Due to this change, we are no longer able to access the full shipping information for some Etsy orders. Without complete shipping data, these orders cannot be passed on to our system for fulfillment.
Note: Our development team is actively investigating ways to improve compatibility with Etsy’s updated shipping processes. As soon as a solution is available, we will share updates through our channels.
Who is affected?
This change only applies to newly registered Spreadconnect merchants in North America.
If you connected your Etsy store with Spreadconnect and received at least one order through it before October 24, 2024, you can continue using Etsy as a point of sale without interruption.
If you connected your Etsy store before May 2025 but did not receive any orders through this integration between October 24, 2024 and May 2025, your Etsy store will still appear as connected in the app. However, orders from Etsy will not be processed automatically due to the lack of complete shipping data, as explained above. In this case, the option to place orders manually in Spreadconnect remains available.
