Most SpreadConnect orders travel with two carriers. First, our shipping partner handles the transport from our production facility to the destination. Once the parcel is in the US network, a local last-mile carrier takes over and delivers it to the recipient's door.
This means the carrier name on your tracking link may change during transit, and the delivering carrier is often a different company from the one shown when the order was dispatched. That is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

All US orders ship with Maersk. Maersk then hands the parcel to one of four last-mile carrier for final delivery.
Things to know
Which last-mile carrier delivers your order. The partner is selected by Maersk based on the delivery address, the region and the parcel. You cannot choose the last-mile carrier, and it is not possible to predict it before the order is dispatched. The tracking link for the individual order will show the delivering carrier once the parcel enters the last-mile network.
Carriers can change. The last-mile partner may vary by region, parcel size, or delivery address. Always treat the tracking information for a specific order as the authoritative source.
