Unknown Error
This category covers most of the more specific issues. It can go from internal technical issues to your bank blocking transactions from Spreadconnect.
Before contacting our support, you should contact your payment provider directly to give verbal approval for authorizations from Spreadconnect/ Spreadshirt Inc. This often occurs on the first order due to Spreadconnect being a new company making reservations on your card.
If the problem still hasn't been fixed, please contact our customer service.
