Manual orders and sample orders placed through the Spreadconnect dashboard will now show the phone number field as required regardless of which shipping method is selected.
If an order is placed via one of your connected sales channels (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce), and Express shipping is selected at checkout, the end customer’s phone number must be included.
What happens if the phone number is missing?
Express orders submitted without a phone number cannot be processed. Please note that the phone number cannot be added later, so the order will remain unfulfilled and will not enter production.
