Most SpreadConnect orders travel with two carriers. First, our shipping partner handles the transport from our production facility to the destination country. Once the parcel arrives there, a local last-mile carrier takes over and delivers it to the recipient's door.
This means the carrier name on your tracking link may change during transit, and the delivering carrier is often a different company from the one shown when the order was dispatched. That is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

Express shipping
Express orders are handled by UPS in every destination country. UPS carries the parcel through its own network from pickup to delivery, so there is no separate last-mile handover.
Things to know
Untracked shipments to Germany. Orders sent with Deutsche Post are an untracked service. No tracking updates are available for these shipments, and there is no delivery scan to confirm the parcel arrived.
Entries marked "to be confirmed". For these countries we have not yet verified which company performs the final delivery. The tracking link for the individual order will show the delivering carrier once the parcel reaches the destination country.
Carriers can change. The last-mile partner may vary by region, parcel size, or delivery address within a single country. Always treat the tracking information for a specific order as the authoritative source.
